- Cook 1 1/2 cups coconut milk and add PES RENDANG. When boiling add the chicken. Add salt to taste. Add turmeric slices and purut leaves. Cook with slow fire until thick / slightly dry.
MEAT / GOAT RENDANG
- cooked beef or lamb with PES RENDANG and a little water. When the meat is soft / tender enter coconut milk and salt. Add turmeric slices and purut leaves. Cook with slow fire until thick / slightly dry.
